Under the CVD Service Agreement (clause 14.8), Crystal Voice Data Ltd uses the following sub-processors to process personal data in connection with the Services.
Current sub-processors
- Gamma (Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd / Gamma network) — Hosted telephony, call recording, connectivity and related network services — United Kingdom
CVD may engage other sub-processors as notified under clause 14.8. This page is the up-to-date list referred to in that clause.
Changes
Where CVD intends to appoint a new sub-processor, CVD will update this page and give notice as required under clause 14.8 (typically at least 14 days before the new sub-processor starts processing, except where urgent operational or security needs require a shorter period).
